2017 has been a big year for Rose & Jones. We have expanded in a number of ways, including welcoming new staff to the team as well as broaden our reach to Victoria & Queensland.
To those of you who have been following Rose & Jones for some time, we re-branded at the end of 2016 and began our next chapter. We launched a new website and stepped into the world of social media! We now have a presence on Instagram, Facebook and a LinkedIn Company page for you to stay up to date with our latest purchases, rentals and market updates.
What’s in Store for R&J in 2018?
2018 will see Rose & Jones turn 20 years old. We are proud to be one of the first buyer’s agents to open in not only Sydney but Australia wide and continue to operate as the longest running buyers agents in Sydney. We have maintained our presence in the property market and are ever increasing our skills to ensure an informative and smooth property journey for our clients.

- The housing market is starting to see a correction.
- Limited stock will persist for both residential and commercial properties.
- No increase in rates (not accounting for any global shock waves).
- Vacancy rates for both residential and commercial to remain the same for some time.
