Tia Fon has joined Rose & Jones as the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director on a parental leave contract, covering for Cloe Reid (Operations Manager and Executive Assistant to Managing Director). With over five years of experience in high-level executive support, customer service, and operational management, Tia brings a dynamic, adaptable, and results-driven approach to her role. She thrives in fast-paced environments, both remotely and in-person, and is well-regarded for her excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking, all of which have been crucial in supporting teams and driving operational efficiency.
Tia’s real estate career began with a developer, assisting in the sale of off-the-plan townhouses across New Zealand. This role required her to focus on prospecting, client communication, and database management, skills she continues to leverage in her career. She then transitioned to an administrative position with a buyer’s agency, managing back-end operations such as sales administration and liaising with investors, solicitors, and contractors.
Her passion for real estate led her to complete her Real Estate License, solidifying her expertise in the industry. Outgoing, approachable, and a strong communicator, Tia builds lasting relationships and fosters the success of the teams she works with.
Tia excels in handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing correspondence, coordinating travel, and preparing detailed reports and presentations. She has also demonstrated a keen ability to streamline processes, optimise systems, and enhance overall team productivity.
Holding a Diploma in Graphic Design from Massey University in Wellington, New Zealand, Tia’s creative and design skills complement her strong communication and problem-solving abilities, giving her a well-rounded approach to her role.
Tia’s diverse experience and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to Rose & Jones, where she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business and supporting the Managing Director in achieving company objectives.
