Her extensive background encompasses Strata Management, Property Development, Property Management, Building Services, and Sales, equipping her with a versatile skill set applicable across various industries in the property sector.

Cloe’s areas of specialisation include office management, team leadership and training, IT and human resource management, trust accounting, and project and financial oversight. Her proficiency extends to digital and print marketing, system design, and administration, backed by her adeptness with multiple property-related software systems.

Cloe holds both a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations), along with a current Real Estate License (Class 2) and CPR and First Aid certification. Her diverse experience and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team.
