Our Service: Fees

Rose & Jones are available to be employed in a number of ways. Please find below the fee structure that best suits your requirements, or simply give us a call.

Full Service – Purchase

Engagement fee
This is to be received upon instruction, and prior to the commencement of the search. Retaining fees are fully deductible from the final success fee.

Search length: 5 months

Success fee
The success fee is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price.
This is to be received within 30 days of exchange.

Evaluate & Negotiate only

Engagement fee
This is to be received upon instruction, and prior to the commencement of the service. Retaining fees are fully deductible from the final success fee.

Agreement Period: 5 months and up to 4 properties.

Success fee
The success fee is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price.
This is to be received within 30 days of exchange.

Auction Bidding

Attendance fee
This is to be received on the day of the auction, regardless of the outcome.

Success fee
This is to be received on the day of the auction if successful under the hammer. In the event we’re the under bidder, and are instructed by you to negotiate the securing of the property post auction, the Evaluate & Negotiate fees schedule applies.
This is to be received within 30 days of exchange.

Rental

Engagement fee
This is to be received upon instruction, and prior to the commencement of the search.

Search Length: Up to 3 days (or 6 half days)

Success fee
One month’s rent, which is to be received upon the signing of the lease agreement.

Orientation tours

This service is particularly useful if you’re considering a new area but are not yet ready to commit to a purchase. Tours can be tailored to specifically meet your brief.

Orientation tours of up to three property areas, are charged per day. We can offer advice on property styles, local area info, and schools as required.
