  3. We provide digital photographs of the properties. We can send these by email, or however you choose.
  4. We make a shortlist of recommended properties and set up a time for you to see them with us.
  5. We negotiate the purhcase or rental price on your behalf.
  6. We see the rental through to completion / signing of contracts. Once an offer has been agreed upon, we’ll converse with all parties to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
