Byron is a licensed real estate agent & auctioneer, licensed buyer’s agent, a founding member of the Buyer’s Agent Chapter/Membership Committee of the Real Estate Institute of NSW, and a member and the current President of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Association of Australia (REBAA).

With more than 20 years’ experience in commercial property leasing, asset-management and acquisition, Byron is in a unique position to consult on property acquisition as well as asset and investment management.

He spent six years working for the leading global commercial property services company – Jones Lang LaSalle, and a further four years managing and developing a private property portfolio with more than $150 million in assets.

His industry knowledge, understanding of property markets & value, proven negotiation skills - enables him to provide superior advice; alongside his investment-analysis and asset-management expertise positions him as a leader in the property industry.

Rachel is an associate of the Real Estate Institute of NSW, and has worked in property development for four years as a development manager. This has seen her involved in contracts administration, design, approvals, sales and lettings.

She benefits from more than 10 years in the property industry.

As R&J has grown, Rachel's role has grown with it, and she now manages our expanding Property Management business and project-manages our clients' property renovations and developments.

It's this attention to detail and dedicated service that allows us to deliver such an integrated real-estate-management service.

Stuart has extensive experience and success in developing businesses, this has been gained over 18 years across a number of industries, including construction, recruitment, media, finance, technology,international trading and property.

Stuart’s experience ensures our capacity to serve our growing client base and meet their unique goals -in this fast growing market; and positions us as the leading independent property buying company. His role includes overall responsibility for strategy, business and corporate development, in Australia and Internationally.

Greg has been working in the real estate industry for more than 20 years.  Starting in residential sales on the lower north shore, Greg moved into commercial sales & leasing over 13 years ago. 

Greg has specialised in commercial property for over 13 years ago. Prior to moving to R&J, he worked with Ray White Commercial Eastern Suburbs and Jones Lang LaSalle.  At R&J, Greg is the Director of Commercial Property, overseeing managing and leasing more than $200 million of commercial property for our clients.  His clients include a Private Family, as well as other HNW investors.  At R&J, Greg provides Portfolio Management, passive and active asset management to our clients for their assets.  Greg is a Commercial Property specialist with in depth market knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs, CBD, Inner City, Inner-West, Central Coast and North Shore.  Greg brings unrivalled skill in lease negotiation, tenant marketing and asset management. Greg was awarded International Commercial Property Manager of the year whilst at Ray White.

Jamie is passionate about property and this is reflected in her exceptional track record in residential Leasing and Property Management. Jamie was born into the property industry growing up – in and around her family’s real estate business. 

Prior to entering the real estate industry professionally, Jamie worked in the hospitality industry where she honed her customer service and people management skills. Jamie is a natural communicator and people person. These natural abilities, dedication,  a desire to succeed and her enthusiasm, continue to drive her to deliver superior customer service and outstanding results for our clients, by seamlessly matching the needs and expectations of our clients with the best tenants.
