Rose & Jones was established in 1998 to address a glaring gap in the property market – buyer representation.
There has always been help available for sellers of property, and rarely do they hesitate to pay for the services of a professional. Historically, the property buyer has had to embark on one of the most important, emotional and largest financial decisions of their lives-alone. It's always been the vendor that’s had all the support and usually from their real estate agent.
Speed to market benefit and in depth knowledge of the purchasing process - coupled with our experience and access to information; ensures our clients have a purchasing advantage far greater than the unrepresented property buyer.
We wanted to level the playing field.
And we’ve had a great deal of success doing so. With more than 50 years of combined experience, representing all kinds of property buyers – from residential to industrial – we’ve bought hundreds of properties, with an “at-purchase” value over $1 billion dollars.
More recently, we’ve expanded our services to include managing our investment-buyers' properties, including the renovation and "value-adding" of our clients' assets in order to maximise their capital growth and yield.
And significantly, we’re 100% independent. We’re not linked with selling agents or developers, so we never have a conflict of interest. Which means we can devote ourselves wholly to looking after your best interests.
